Membership in the Lake Lanier Association (LLA)

Membership in the Lake Lanier Association (LLA) is open to anyone interested in preserving the water quality and quantity, beauty and recreational opportunities of Lake Lanier.

The not for profit association was founded in 1966 by a small group of concerned property owners, working together to preserve the health and beauty of the lake. It has grown to a membership of over 4,500 property owners, boaters, lake-related businesses and concerned citizens.

Through their generosity, the members fund an organization that serves the entire region by ensuring water quality for Lake Lanier.  As Lake Lanier faces bigger challenges, the need for members, volunteers and financial support becomes more critical.  The LLA needs more boaters, swimmers and all those who appreciate Lake Lanier, benefit from it and wish to become more active in preserving it for the future.
