Members of the Lake Lanier Association (LLA) receive:
- A bi-monthly newsletter, Lanier Outlook
- Invitations to LLA membership meetings to hear guest speakers address issues concerning the lake; the LLA also sends notices to its members about other important meetings and hearings about the lake
- Invitations to political forums when federal, state and local candidates and incumbents give their positions on lake issues
- Access to the LLA board of directors and executive director who serve as a resource and provide a variety of information about lake-related issues

Lake Lanier Association (LLA) Members Benefit with BoatU.S.
The LLA has renewed its “partnership” with BoatU.S. for another year. Because of this arrangement, LLA members get 50% off when they join this national association of recreational boat owners. Members pay one-half of the regular BoatU.S. dues of $25, —$12.50 a year.
If you are already a BoatU.S. Member, you can also renew your membership at the $12.50 rate. BoatU.S. membership benefits include: a discount equipment catalog plus discounts and member rewards with purchases: discounts on fuel, overnight slips or repairs at more than 600 marinas; low-cost insurance, and on-the-water towing with a choice of reduced cost service levels and a year’s subscription to BOAT/U.S. Magazine.
