Prior to yesterday’s congressional meeting on the tri-states water litigation, we sent the email below to both Congressman Deal and Congressman Lewis with copies to Senator Chambliss’ and Senator Isakson’s office. All the Shore Sweep dumpsters are finally picked up, and we are pleased to announce that the 500-600 volunteers who braved the rain on Saturday, September 19, collected 28 tons of trash from Lake Lanier.
