Lake Lanier Association Membership
Membership in the Lake Lanier Associationis open to anyone interested in preserving the water quality and quantity, beauty and recreational opportunities of Lake Lanier. The not for profit association was founded in 1966 by a small group of concerned property owners, working together to preserve the health and beauty of the lake. It has grown to a membership of over 4,500 property owners, boaters, lake-related businesses and concerned citizens.
The Lake Lanier Association offers several membership levels:

$50 Family Membership

$200 Captain’s Club Membership
Members donating at the Captain’s Club level or higher will additionally receive Lake Lanier Association lapel pins. Captain’s Club receive a choice of two of the following appreciation gifts: tote bag, red visor, insulated cooler bag, Lake Lanier Navigation Chart book.

$500 Admiral’s Circle Membership
Admiral’s Circle donors receive either a Tri-Mountain zipped windbreaker or a blue sweat shirt, and a Lake Lanier Navigation Chart book

$1000 President’s Club
President’s Club members receive a Tri-Mountain jacket in navy/stone and a Lake Lanier Navigation Chart book.
If joining or renewing online via PayPal, please email gift choices and sizes, where applicable, to lakeinfo@lakelanier.org. Members of the Lake Lanier Association (LLA) receive:
- A bi-monthly newsletter, Lanier Outlook
- Invitations to LLA membership meetings to hear guest speakers address issues concerning the lake; the LLA also sends notices to its members about other important meetings and hearings about the lake
- Invitations to political forums when federal, state and local candidates and incumbents give their positions on lake issues
- Access to the LLA board of directors and executive director who serve as a resource and provide a variety of information about lake-related issues
- Participatory programs such as the annual Shore Sweep lake clean-up and Adopt-a-Lake water-quality testing program
