Weller Day Boat Outing – Benefiting Veterans and Their Families

Freedom Waters Foundation is excited to invite veterans, children with special needs, and their families to a day of freedom, joy, and community on the beautiful Lake Lanier!

Enjoy a relaxing private boat cruise, delicious BBQ lunch, live music, and fun for all—completely FREE! It’s their way of sharing the healing power of the water and creating unforgettable memories for veterans, children, and families.

Benefiting Veterans and Their Families:
Saturday, September 12, 2026: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Lunch will be served – 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Benefiting Children with Special Needs & Their Families:

Boat Owners Needed! Share your love of the water and make a real impact in the lives of veterans, children with cancer, and others facing special challenges this weekend in September. Your generosity helps create therapeutic boating experiences that bring joy, healing, and a sense of well-being to participants.

The Lake Lanier Association is excited to support this event by loaning Freedom Waters approximately 100 life jackets for the weekend from our Life Jacket Loaner Station program.
