DESCRIPTION:EVENT DETAILS\n\n\nJoin us for the evening out around Lake Lanier starting at the Lazy Days at Holiday Marina at 5:30pm on Wednesday\, June 19. We will discuss how to navigate a boat around the lake as well as additional safety tips including picking up riders\, buoy markers\, and more. We will be taking out 2 boats for 1 long session. \nWe are limiting each boat to 10 ladies per boat to have adequate time for individual instruction for a longer session. DESCRIPTION:The Southern Surf Slam presented by Surf ATL will be a three-day event of surf\, sport\, food\, & bev\, entertainment\, community and culture for the entire family\, featuring a premier wake surfing competition!\n\n\nThursday\, June 27: Pro-Am\nThe first day will allow for kids to pair up with a pro and surf together for judging but\, more importantly\, also allow for one on one time for mentorship and learning! \nFriday\, June 28: 1st Day of Event\nWe’ll kick off the first official day of the wake surf comp across all levels and will have sponsors\, food trucks\, and vendors out for the day! \nSaturday\, June 29: 2nd Day of Comp\nWe’ll cap the event with the finals across all levels along with podiums\, demos\, and entertainment throughout the day! \n\n  \nThe Lake Lanier Association is proud to be a 2024 beneficiary of the Southern Surf Slam!
