We would like to get your feedback on the Lake Lanier Association’s annual member meeting. We have historically held our meeting on a weekday evening in May or June at an indoor special events location. We have rotated the meeting around to different communities around the lake — Gainesville, Cumming, and Dawsonville have been the most recent locations. We would like to get feedback on what our members think would be most beneficial and attractive to them in terms of attending an annual meeting. While we can’t please everyone, we certainly would like to craft our meeting to be of maximum benefit to our members.
a) Indoor, more formal environment or outdoor, more casual location?
b) We are planning for a June meeting. Would another month be better?
c) Weekday or weekend meeting?
d) Morning, afternoon, or evening meeting?
e) Aside from the mandatory business items we have to cover in our annual meeting, what other topics / presentations / speakers would you be interested in seeing at the meeting?
