Say goodbye to 2026 and jump into the 2027 New Year at the 29th Annual Polar Bear Plunge.

This event draws thrill seekers of all walks of life to plunge themselves into the cool waters of Lake Lanier, to bring in 2027.

NEW FOR 2027! NOW OFFERING A DRAGON BOAT OPTION! Festivities begin at 10 a.m., paddle arrival at 10 a.m., plunge arrival 11:30 a.m. and will start at 12 p.m. on the LCKC docks. Don’t miss out on free hot chocolate, exciting auction items, and awards for best costume and best jump!
