Teresa’s Lake Lanier story began with a leap of faith! Originally from Dallas, Texas, she and her family packed up and moved to Flowery Branch in 2000 to help their cousins grow their new business, Lake Lanier Lodges Log Cabin and Boat Rentals. With her entrepreneurial spirit, Teresa colaunched a boat rental and catering business, helping guests create unforgettable lake memories. She quickly realized that this charming lake town wasn’t just a great business opportunity, but it was the perfect place to raise her three boys.
By 2002, Teresa dove headfirst into real estate, joining Keller Williams Realty and blending her love for lake life with her marketing background from University of Arkansas. Today, Teresa is the proud founder of LivingOnLakeLanier.com, a small but mighty powerhouse team of three full-time lake-loving agents. Together, they’ve masterminded over $350 Million in lake sales, turning dreams into addresses one family at a time!
Teresa lives on the lake in Oakwood, where she soaks up every moment with her sons, daughters-in-law, and three adorable grandchildren. She’s also a proud long-time member and contributor to the Lake Lanier Association, and she and her team never miss a Shore Sweep because loving the lake means protecting it, too. In her spare time, you’ll find Teresa on the water with her family and friends, gardening, trying a new recipe, and living the life she loves helping others find.
