Located on Lake Lanier in North Georgia, Richard is a part of a team of skilled financial advisors at Edward Jones, sitting just across the bridge from Gainesville Marina on Dawsonville Highway. Richard works with individuals and couples navigating important life and career transitions, particularly those in their 40s and 50s who may be changing jobs, planning for retirement, or preparing for their next chapter.

Richard’s passion for helping clients stems from his own personal experience of meeting with a financial advisor. For the first time, all of his family’s financial information was organized into a clear, written plan. It brought a level of clarity and confidence we simply didn’t have before. That experience inspired Richard to help others gain confidence and clarity as they work toward their own financial goals.

About Kellie Sellers:

Kellie Sellers is a Senior Attorney at Ganek. After nearly 50 years of focusing primarily on real estate law in North Georgia, Ganek launched a new Estate Planning Division in 2026. With twenty years of experience, Kellie was brought on to lead the new division.

Kellie’s practice focuses on estate planning for individuals in all stages of life and on helping individuals navigate the probate process. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and of Georgia State University College of Law. She lives in Flowery Branch and serves clients throughout North Georgia.
